THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1768 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. [ 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 to 4 in recommending vide E4/20/2012 dated 01-12-2013 vide Lr.No.LR-Inam/1295/2012 dt.14-11-2013 which is illegal, contrary to law, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India." 3.

When the matter is called, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that in the light of the order passed by this Court on 27.01.2014, no further orders are required, since the parties have compromised and discharging their duties as Qazis in their respective areas.

Taking the above said contention into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survive in the writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
