This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 10.3.2017 passed in I.A.No.28 of 2017 in O.S.No.770 of 2012 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
