CVNR, J & ASN, J W.A .No.921 of 2016 Judgment: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is directed against order dated 23.09.2015 in W.P.No.24035 of 2014.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both parties have agreed that the issue raised in this appeal is conclusively decided by this Court by judgment dated 08.09.2016 in W.A.No.1120 of 2015 and batch. Following the said judgment and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Writ Appeal is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.
