The petitioners seek police protection to implement an order of injunction granted in their favour. It is their case that such an injunction was granted by the

learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, in I.A.No.317 of 2011 in O.S.No.345 of 2011. This injunction was said to have been passed in connection with the petitioners' possession over the land in Sy.Nos.106/38/A, 106/39/A, 106/37/A/1, 106/36, 106/25/A, 106/24/A and 106/23/A totally admeasuring Ac.51.18 guntas at Dharmaraopet Revenue Village, Ghanpur Mandal, Warangal District. No interim orders were granted by this Court in this writ petition. Four years having elapsed, Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, is unable to state as to whether there is any need for police protection in respect of the temporary injunction order at this stage. In any event, this Court is of the opinion that the remedy of the petitioners, in so far as implementation of the injunction order is concerned, lies elsewhere.

The writ petition is accordingly closed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law in connection with the temporary injunction order, if warranted, before the appropriate Forum. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
