HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.11172 of 2015 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.3114 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1459 of 2013 on the file of the VI Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Pending the criminal petition, both parties filed Crl.M.P.No.11172 of 2015 along with affidavit of the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and joint memo stating that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.

3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners/A.1 to A.4.

4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.11172 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed

and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.1459 of 2013 on the file of the VI Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, are quashed against the petitioners/A.1 to A.4. The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 to A.4, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
