HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6716 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in issuing the proceedings vide letter No.L/3757/1908 granting the occupancy right certificate in favour of the respondents 5 to 8 in respect of the subject lands.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government for Revenue submits that petitioner has effective alternate remedy under Section 24 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Inam Abolition Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to avail alternate remedy provided under statute. No costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 28.02.2017 dv
