THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.29 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Shameem Akther) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant/husband, aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 14.11.2017, passed in F.C.O.P.No.7 of 2015 by the learned Judge, Family Court, at Secunderabad, whereby, the subject F.C.O.P. filed by the appellant/husband, under Section 13(1)(ia) and Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, was dismissed without costs directing the appellant herein to deposit amount not less than Rs.1,00,000/- within two months in any nationalised bank in the name of female child Ananya. On such deposit, the respondent was directed to produce the minor girl before the Court below on every second Saturday and Sunday at 2:00PM. Interest accrued on such deposit was ordered to be utilised by the respondent for the welfare of the minor child Ananya. Such amount was ordered to be kept in Fixed Deposit till the minor child attains majority. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant/husband would submit that the subject matter of this appeal is settled by way of mediation. The letter, dated 20.06.2022, addressed by the Director (FAC), Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court for the State of Telangana, along with the Mediator's Report, dated 20.06.2022, and Memorandum of Understanding, dated 12.02.2022, entered into between the parties, is placed before this Court. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this appeal.

The said submissions and the letter, dated 20.06.2022, addressed by the Director (FAC), Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court for the State of Telangana, along with the Mediator's Report, dated 20.06.2022, and the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 12.02.2022, are taken on record. 5.
Under these circumstances, all further proceedings in this appeal are closed.

Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of. The Memorandum of Understanding, dated 12.02.2022, entered into between the parties to the litigation, shall form part of the decree.
