Sri Srinivas Reddy Balakisti, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions, as the orders of cancellation were already passed. However, he wants to challenge the orders of cancellation in appropriate proceedings.

2. Granting liberty, as sought for, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
