SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.425 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A1, in Crime No.139 of 2017 on the file of Bejjanki Police Station, Siddipet District. The offences alleged are under Sections 417, 420, 313, 323 and 506 of IPC. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

A perusal of the complaint shows that this petitioner married the defacto complainant and later had sexual intercourse with her, out of which she developed pregnancy and A1 forced her to get the pregnancy aborted and as such, he got her aborted of the pregnancy and later he, along with other accused, beat the defacto complainant.

Hence, in view of the above allegations, this court opines that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering themselves before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
