HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9541 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite his representation dated 14.03.2017 to respondent Nos.2 and 3 that respondent No.4 is making construction without obtaining permission, no action has been taken. Hence the Writ Petition.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2017 with respect to respondent No.4 making construction without there being permission and, if the allegations of the petitioner are found to be true, necessary action, as mandated under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, be taken against respondent No.4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
