The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI A. SANJEEV KUMAR,
Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri B. Adinarayana Rao, S.C. for NCTE for the respondents, the Court made the following:
ORDER: Post after Sankranthi Vacation, 2010.
There shall be interim suspension of the impugned order dated 26-11-2009 passed by 1st respondent in rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner confirming the orders passed by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings F.SRO/NCTE/Ref/2008-09/5866 dated 6-10-2008. However, it is directed that the petitioner shall be entitled to run the B.Ed. College in the next academic year, only after the premises in which the college is to be located is approved by the competent authority.
