THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2047 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 28.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.9820 of 2016. By the said order, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad (GHMC), was directed to consider the petitioners'

representations dated 05.01.2015, 28.01.2015, 31.01.2015 and 05.08.2015 and take appropriate action thereon, if warranted, in accordance with law. This exercise was directed to be undertaken within a time frame. 2.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Commissioner, GHMC, would inform this Court that by order dated 22.10.2016, the petitioners' representations were considered and rejected by the Deputy Commissioner, Circle-2, GHMC, Hyderabad. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

In the event the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the aforestated order dated 22.10.2016, it would constitute a fresh cause of action and the validity thereof cannot be subjected to scrutiny in this contempt case.

Leaving it open to the petitioners to take steps if they are aggrieved by the aforestated order in accordance with law, the contempt case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
