SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.417 OF 2018 ORDER:

The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the court below to obtain regular bail. Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to seek regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below and the court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.
