THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 69 OF 2014 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner Sri E. Madan Mohan Rao and the learned Standing Counsel for Karimnagar Municipal Corporation Sri R.A. Chary have reported that a reasonably satisfactory solution has been worked out by the parties and the amount of compensation which is payable to the petitioner in this contempt case has been fixed and Sri R.A. Chary would assure this Court that, as expeditiously as possible, the money will be settled, at any rate before 30.04.2015 and the same will be settled in favour of the petitioner by way of a demand draft drawn on any of the nationalized banks at Karimnagar, payable at par. Contempt case stands closed.
