THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9507 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that till completion of the proceedings initiated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and till payment of compensation amount, the petitioners shall not be disturbed from their lands.

Written instructions furnished by the third respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenali, have also been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. In the said written instructions, it is stated that the land acquisition proceedings are in process and compensation amount is being paid to the petitioners under the aforesaid Act.

Recording the above submissions and instructions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
