Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondents. 2.

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not disposing the application as per the orders in W.P.No.37810 of 2015 and W.P.No.12987 of 2016, as per the rules in force for building permission application No.3/C1/13314/2018, dated 07.07.0218 for plot No.102 of Bhavanagar, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 19.04.2016 in W.P.No.37810 of 2015.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to re-consider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act,1955, and the rules and regulations framed thereuder. No order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
