THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN CIVIL RIVISION PETITION NO.3070 of 2016 ORDER:

The short grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the present revision is that his transfer petition is not disposed of by the Principal District Judge, Krishna District for quite some time.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

Considering the fact that the suits are of the year 2011 and 13, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the District Judge, Krishna District to dispose of the Transfer O.P.No.120 of 2015 within a period of four weeks. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
