The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes in relation to the house site plots bearing plot No.30 East and West parts and Plot No.22 admeasuring 100 each and 200 sq.yards respectively situated at Turkayamzal village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction. 2.

Heard Sri D.Y.L.N. Charyulu, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 28.01.2020, while denying the writ averments submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner Nos.1, 3 in the present Writ Petition and others, a case was registered in Crime No.33 of 2020 under Sections 447, 427, 506 read with Section 34 IPC of Adibatla Police Station on 24.01.2020 against one Bhaskar Reddy and others for criminally trespassing into the complainants property, damaging the plots and threatening them with dire consequences. By the said written instructions, it is also stated that except doing investigation into the above case, the respondent No.3 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.

Having regard to the said statement made on behalf of official respondents on the basis of the written instructions, no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 6.
