There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring in action of 2nd and 3rd respondents as against the 4th to 8th respondents even in spite of repeated complaints against them orally to have persecuting and excommunicating the petitioner as well other families that have embraced Christianity as being illegal, arbitrary, Un Constitutional, violative of Articles 19 and 21 apart from being violative of Section 7 of The Protection of Civil Rights Act and against the principles of natural justice and fair play, and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions, dated 02.04.2014, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Kallor Police Station, Khammam District.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the petitioner and the un-official respondents 4 to 8 entered into a compromise with regard to their grievances before the State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad. The said case in HRC No.999 of 2012 was closed on 20.12.2013. As on the date of issuance of the written instructions, no criminal case was registered against the

petitioner as well as un-official respondents 4 to 8 on the file of the Kallor Police Station, Khammam District.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
