This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the Docket Order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.133 of 2017 in Crl.A.No. 982 of 2017 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District.

There is no representation by either of the counsel. But, on verification of the record, it is found that Crl.A.No.982 of 2017 in which the impugned order was passed directing the first respondent/Appellant to deposit 1/4th of the amount of the arrears in DVC.No.1 of 2013 was disposed of by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District on 9.4.2019. Hence, the matter would become infructuous.

As such, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
