HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 208 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.M.P.No.36954 of 2016 in W.P.No.29861 of 2016 dated 08.09.2016, by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

By the above said order dated 08.09.2016, this Court has directed the respondents to process the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2015 made for payment of compensation in respect of the structural damage caused to door No.8-2-628 & at Banjarabhavan situated Banjara Hills.

During the pendency of the contempt case, the main writ petition is disposed of on 05.07.2021 duly recording the statement that the compensation amount has already paid and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Since the main writ petition has

dismissed as infructuous, the contempt case arising out of the interim order does not require for adjudication. 4.

In view of the same, as no further orders are necessary, this Contempt Case is closed.
