THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4134 OF 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners-plaintiffs seeks permission of this Court to withdraw I.A.No.89 of 2014 in O.S.No.66 of 2011 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, with a liberty to file fresh application in accordance with law. Permission is accorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to observe that as and when the petitioners file a fresh application, the trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law uninfluenced by any of the observations made in this I.A.No.89 of 2014 and also in I.A.No.89 of 2013 in O.S.No.66 of 2011 on its file. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
