HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.1453 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not implementing the order of the third respondent passed in Appeal No.G/2104/09, dated 27.03.2010, in respect of the petitioner's land of an extent of Ac.9-95 cents in Survey No.823 and Ac.5-05 cents in Survey No.824/Part, situated at Bheemaram village and Mandal, Adilabad District.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Tahsildar, Bheemaram Mandal, gave written instructions to the learned Government Pleader stating that pursuant to the application of the petitioner dated 24.03.2017 for implementation of the orders of the third respondent dated 27.03.2010, he took action and passed orders rectifying the entries by proceedings dated 29.01.2018.

In view of the stand taken by the fourth respondent - Tahsildar, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
