Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order passed in W.P.No.25557 of 2016, the Respondents preferred W.A.No.1084 of 2017 before the Division Bench and the Division Bench by way of an order dated 3.8.2017 had set aside the order passed in W.P.No.25557 of 2016 dated 19.6.2017 and pending further orders in W.P.No.25557 of 2016, passed interim order directing the Appellants to release the subject two wheelers to its owner on his furnishing documents in proof of his ownership of the vehicle. Therefore, the present contempt case cannot be maintained before this Court and it is open for the petitioners herein to avail the remedies open to them. 2.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed with a liberty to the petitioners herein to avail the remedies available to them. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
