HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5108 of 2014 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs in I.A.No.559 of 2014 in O.S.No.348 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, SPSR Nellore District, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the trial Court for an early disposal of the above I.A. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the I.A. was filed on 26.06.2014 the same is being adjourned for months together and the respondents therein have not even filed counters in the said I.A.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned I Additional District Judge, Nellore, is advised to dispose of I.A.No.559 of 2014 in O.S.No.348 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from today. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
