THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.37 oF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner-Accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.97 of 2019 on the file of Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and C.C.No.1026 of 2020 was assigned. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner-Accused No.2'is at liberty to move this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
