On the queries raised by the petitioners, the 3rd respondent issued proceedings in Letter Nos.LRS/5733/G/C11/GHMC/2008, LRS/5732/G/C-11/GHMC/2008, LRS/5949/ G/C-11/GHMC/2008, LRS/5049/G/C-11/GHMC/2008, LRS/ 5731/G/C-11/GHMC/2008, LRS/5869/G/C-11/GHMC/2008, LRS/5050/G/C-11/GHMC/2008, LRS/5737/G/C-11/GHMC/ 2008, LRS/5951/G/C-11/GHMC/2008, LRS/5803/G/C-11/ GHMC/2008, LRS/5755/G/C-11/GHMC/2008, & LRS/5812/ G/C-11/GHMC/2008, dated 30.12.2019, informing the petitioners that the applications submitted by the petitioners have been uploaded. However, the site under reference is not

PKR,J W.P.No.1543 of 2020 demarcated on the ground. Therefore, the petitioners were requested to get the site demarcated on the ground and intimate to the office along with site photograph and Google location for taking further necessary action in the matter. In compliance with the said proceedings, the petitioners have filed the Google map locating the site in picture with reference to the boundaries. 3.

However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have not shown/identified the plots with reference to the boundaries. Therefore, it is difficult for the respondent Corporation to consider the LRS applications of the petitioners. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the layout application of Universal Co-operative Housing Society, the plots have been identified with reference to boundaries. 5.

In these circumstances, since this Court cannot go into the disputed questions of fact as to whether the petitioners shown the subject plots with reference to boundaries, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Corporation to visit the site in question after issuing notices to the petitioners. Thereupon when the plots are identified, the second respondent Corporation is directed to consider the LRS applications bearing Nos.5733 dated 17.11.2008, 5732 dated 17.11.2008, 5949 dated 31.12.2008, 5049 dated 01.09.2008, 5731 dated 17.11.2008, 5869 dated 29.12.2008, 5050 dated
