.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of 'Mandamus' declaring the proceedings Rc.No. A5/14949/2004 dated 18-3-2014 issued by the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to principles of natural justice and also contrary to the judicial precedents and Government orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 1098 Revenue (Endowments-1) Department dated 11-9-2008 and without jurisdiction and set aside the same and also declare the notification under section 6(c) (ii) of the Act, by the 2nd respondent vide RC No.J3/24888/2001 dated 13-9-2001 in respect of Petitioner Trust is illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and contrary to principles of natural justice, unreasonable and set aside the same consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in the administration of the institution which belongs to Petitioner who is the trustee.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 1902-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M. RATNA REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Endowments (AP) for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 & 5 and of Sri D. Ramesh, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.4, the Court made the following. ORDER:
