Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Revision with liberty to challenge the order impugned herein as well as the consequential order in the suit by way of appeal before the competent Appellate Forum.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order granted on 14.02.2019 in the Revision is vacated. No order as to costs.
