Heard both sides.

In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice by the learned Public Prosecutor that police already filed final report in the said crime No.41 of 2017 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda District, and the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, has taken cognizance for the offences covered by the FIR by allotting C.C.No.198 of 2017.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed by left open all available defence and the remedy is available to the petitioners to impugn the police final report and the cognizance order with part II CD by fresh petition.
