Sri R. Ranganathan, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that since the revision petitioner died about more than six months back due to cancer, his son has taken away the file as he can directly file the relevant petitions. Learned counsel would also submit that since the revision petitioner is no more, no objection vakalat was not obtained. In such an event, for legal heirs of the revision petitioner to come on record, the present revision petition cannot be kept pending.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the present revision stand closed. No order as to costs.
