This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking speedy disposal of C.C.No.593 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Ramannapet. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Ramannapet, to dispose of C.C.No.593 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from today, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, since the matter pertains to the year 2017.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
