As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 15.11.2017, these batch of cases were directed to be listed today under the caption "for orders". Even today also, when these matters are called, none appeared for the petitioners nor is there any representation made on their behalf.

Hence, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
