Company Application is filed by M/s. VBC Ferro Alloys Limited (Transferor Company) for a direction to convene the meetings of equity shareholders and unsecured creditors for consideration of the scheme of arrangement.

This Court by order, dated 14.10.2015, has appointed a Chairperson for holding the meetings referred to above. The Chairperson has filed his report, dated 15.12.2015 before this Court. The report is, accordingly, taken on record and the Company Application stands disposed of.
