In view of the instructions of learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submitted on the earlier date of hearing, the rejection memo dated 25.9.2015 in E/07/18/2015 was served on the petitioner on 10.10.2015. In view of that, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question the aforesaid memo by appropriate proceedings. Liberty is granted.
