HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10154 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 27.01.2003 issued by the 2nd respondent calling upon the petitioners to show cause as to why action should not be taken against them for their disqualification as committee members and also for initiation of disciplinary action against them. On 27.05.2003, this Court, while admitting the writ petition, passed an interim order in W.P.M.P.No.12802 of 2003 suspending the termination of the services of the petitioners and allowing the other proceedings to be proceeded with.

Therefore, the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioners, in accordance with law, after conducting an enquiry against them and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 29th August, 2018 cbs
