This writ petition is filed questioning the notice dated 03.04.2012 whereby the petitioner was asked to get the lease deed agreements registered for renewal of lease in respect of Shop bearing No.700003 from 01.04.2010 and 31.03.2012.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent. Since the lease renewal period as sought in the notice is already over, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
