HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1808 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not mutating her name and issuing her a pattadar passbook and title deed in relation to the land admeasuring Ac.0.34 guntas in Survey No.1010 and Ac.0.06 guntas in Survey No.1009 of Ameenpur Village, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner merely made a representation on 19.11.2018 to the Tahsildar, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District, without following the procedure prescribed in the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, which provides that an application in this regard should be made in Form-VIA. It is not open to the petitioner to complain of inaction on the part of the revenue authorities having failed to make an application in the proper format.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to make a proper application in the prescribed format to the Tahsildar, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District.
