The learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the revision petition.

In view of the contents of the letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision petition also shall stand dismissed.
