HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21385 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 and learned Govt. Pleader for Revenue for 6th respondent, learned standing counsel for Energy for 1st respondent and it is submitted as R.5 not necessary party and perused the prayer in the Writ Petition, supporting affidavit and other material on record. Having heard at length this Court feels that it is just to dispose of the Writ Petition while directing the petitioner to deposit half of the amount demanded within one week from the receipt of the order along with usual re-connection charges and the respondents to restore the power supply subject to that and he has to pay the balance half within four (4) weeks, thereafter failing which they can disconnect the power supply. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. _____________________________________ JUSTICE Dr. B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Date: 30.06.2017 vvr
