When the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for petitioner-corporation conceded that during pendency of the above writ petition, respondent No.1-workman was reinstated and thereafter, he retired from service and hence, the cause in the above writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for respondent No.1.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
