O R D E R

Learned counsel for the appellants is present and expressed his inability to reconstruct the case bundle.

The appeal pertains to the year 1987. It is reported that the case bundle is not traceable in the registry, and the counsel for the appellants also expressed his inability to reconstruct the bundle. He submitted that case papers are not available with both the counsel. In view of the above, instead of keeping the matter pending, the same is disposed of giving liberty to the parties to ventilate their grievance in accordance with law, as the when the case bundle is reconstructed, and in case the cause still survives. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
