Heard Mr.C.Prakash Reddy for petitioner.

The revision is directed against the order dated 31.01.2017 overruling the objection raised by petitioner herein for marking Ex.A3-copy of Adangal for Fasli 1419 issued by VRO. The trial Court through the order impugned in the revision examined the objection from two perspectives and recorded that the objection is untenable from both the perspectives noted in the order impugned.

After hearing the learned counsel at considerable length of time, and after going through the order impugned in the revision, this Court is of the view that the petitioner failed to make out a ground for interfering against the order impugned in the revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the revision is dismissed. However, it is made clear that the findings expressed by trial Court will have to be treated as findings recorded in answering the objections raised by the petitioner herein. The petitioner, if has any other legal objection, is entitled to raise the objection in the course of arguments and the objection is to be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law while disposing of the suit. No order as to costs.
