HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 1559 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 4th respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in her favour in respect of the land to an extent of 2045 Sq.Yards in Sy.No.651/A, situated at Bheemaram Village Sivar, Bheemaram Mandal, Mancherial District, in spite of submitting application by the petitioner in prescribed proforma and also the representations; and for a consequential direction to the 4th respondent to mutate the aforesaid subject land in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make application in Form-6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short" the Act") for mutation of her name in revenue records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application in Form 6 A of the Act. In this case it is to be seen that the A.P.Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Books Act does not make any distinction for the purchase in survey numbers or acres. The only criteria is that it should be agricultural land. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6 A of the Act and on such application, the 4th

respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
