The writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 1st and 2nd respondents in interfering in civil disputes and insisting for settlement with the 3rd respondent in respect of land admeasuring 3061.77 Sq. Yards in Survey No. 29/1 in Ward No.7, Block No.2, situated at Bairamalguda village, Saroonnagar Mandal, R.R District as illegal, misuse of powers besides being violative of fundamental rights under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and constitutional rights guaranteed under Article 300-A and pass...." On 04.12.2013, this Court considered and passed the following order:
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, would submit that, based on the petitioner's husband's complaint, Crime No.866 of 2013 was registered on 13.11.2013 for offences under Sections 447, 506 r/w 34 IPC; the 3rd respondent is the first accused therein; except registering the crime on the complaint filed by the husband of the petitioner, the respondents have never interfered with the petitioner's civil disputes nor did they ask her to settle the disputes with the 3rd respondent. He would request two weeks time to file counter-affidavit.....".
I am satisfied that the interim order can be made final order in the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
