THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35724 OF 2015 O R D E R :

Since the petitioner is having effective alternative remedy by way of appeal under Section 76 of the A.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964 to challenge the impugned order, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the A.P. Co-Operative Tribunal questioning the impugned order. There shall be no order as to costs. 3 Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
