, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the modified condition imposed by this Hon'ble court vide its order dahed25.07.2019 in lA.No.1 of 2019 in Crl P.No.448 of 2018 that the petitioner/Accused No.8 shall appear before CBI Office at Shastri Bhavan, Rajaji Nagar, Nungabakam, Chennai-34 twice in a month i.e. on first and last Saturday of every month, pending disposal of CRLP No. 448 of 20'18, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

Heard both sides.

ln the light of the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI that the charge sheet has already been filed and the same is numbered as C.C.No.'1 of 2021 , the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 01.02.20'18 in Crl.P.No.448 ol 2018, directing the petitioner/A8 to appear before the Deputy lnspector General of Police, CBl, Hyderabad, on every Wednesday and Saturday between 10.00 AM and 12:00 Noon, as modified by this Court vide order dated 25.07 .2019 in l.A.No.1 of 2019, is hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, 1.A., is ordered.
