HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12395 of 2003 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents No.1 and 2 in insisting upon payment of arrears due under coercive methods from petitioners No.1 to 7 in respect of the crop loan account Nos.868, 963, 856, 514, 582, 831 and 916 respectively, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondents to extend the time for settling the claims of petitioners under "One Time Settlement Scheme", as per G.O.Ms.No.70, Agriculture and Cooperation (Co.op-VI) Department, dated 22.02.2002 of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Advocate for writ petitioners represented that this writ petition is filed to direct respondents to implement G.O.Ms.No.70, dated 22.02.2002 and apply the scheme of "One time Settlement Scheme" to petitioners in respect of recovery of agricultural loans, which are small loans given to small farmers ranging from Rs.8,000/- to Rs.10,000/-. It is submitted that this Court granted interim orders on 25.06.2003, and in view of interim order, no further orders are necessary in this Writ petition. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioners, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
