THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.71 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 14.11.2012 passed in E.P.No.113 of 2010 in O.S.No.411 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bhongir, Nalgonda District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

The trial Court issued salary attachment warrant on 14.11.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners deposited an amount of Rs.40,000/- along with costs as directed by this Court on 21.01.2013. The learned counsel seeks eight weeks time to pay the remaining E.P. amount. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection for granting of eight weeks time to the petitioners for payment of the balance E.P. amount. 6.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion touching the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to pay the balance E.P. amount within a period of eight (8) weeks from today, otherwise the order dated

14.11.2012 passed in E.P.No.113 of 2010 in O.S.No.411 of 2007 holds good.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 9.
