HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1701 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not undertaking survey of the land admeasuring Ac.0.17 guntas in Survey No.166/ee and Ac.1.36 guntas in Survey No.167/e of Thogarrai Village, Kodad Mandal, Suryapet/Nalgonda District, in all Acs.2-13 guntas, pursuant to the application made by him on 03.01.2019.

Pertinent to note, the petitioner seems to have made representations in this regard directly to the Tahsildar, Kodad Mandal, having paid a sum of Rs.300/- into the Government treasury under treasury challan dated 03.01.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would point out that the petitioner would have to submit a F-line petition online through Mee-seva for the purpose of securing the survey of the land and that the procedure followed by the petitioner is not in accordance with the prescribed format. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of permitting the petitioner to make an application online afresh if he wants survey of his land. In the event such an application is made, the Tahsildar, Kodad Mandal, shall take appropriate action thereon expeditiously. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 31st January, 2019 Note:
